Your SyroMatch registration workflow is as follows:

Approved SyroMatch registrations will be able to:
  • Upload and manage their own profiles and content for other families to connect
  • View other family profiles and search for potential matches
  • Connect with interested matches in a confidential and secure setting

Those who registered in SyroMatch for the 2019 Convention are encouraged to review and update their profiles as required.

SyroMatch registrations will be FREE of charge for now. A minimal fee may be charged for new registrations in the future.

Both, actually. While parents or guardians can register a candidate, it is highly desirable for candidates to register themselves as "Self". Even if a parent or guardian registers, we highly encourage candidates to be involved in the registration and search process. For security and privacy sakes, we also discourage parents or guardians from registering a candidate without the candidate's knowledge and approval.

Yes.

  1. SyroMatch profiles may not provide access to candidates' contact information initially. If you are interested in a Profile, please reach out to them by using the "Chat" or "Like" features. The candidate will be alerted via email, and if there's mutual interest, they will connect back with you. Phone or email information may be exchanged at that time. This is done for your privacy to avoid unwanted phone and email communication.
  2. Log in and update your profile periodically to keep your registration relevant and active.
  3. For your safety and privacy, log back in and remove your profile if your Status changes so your profile doesn't remain in the public website.
  4. When you first log in to SyroMatch, you may not find ideal matches right away. Don't be discouraged and remove your profile! Stay on, so you can be found by new profiles registering regularly!
  5. The 'Partner Search' function can be used to find profiles using many filters listed. Of course, it relies on the profile data entered correctly.
